We usually ship out all orders that we receive within 4 working days. At the time of shipping the order, you will receive a notification on the registered email and contact number from us with details of the delivery partner and tracking ID

Will I be called before delivery?

We work with partners who are experts in e-commerce delivery in India to ensure that your delivery experience is great! Our partner will generally send a text message once your order is out for delivery. You will receive a call from the delivery person before they reach the delivery address.

Are there any shipping charges applicable to my orders?

A shipping charge of ₹ 100 is applicable on orders which are placed on COD (Cash on Delivery)

How much time it generally takes to dispatch the order?

Your order would be dispatched within 4 – 5 working days from the time the order is placed. You will receive a SMS upon dispatch. Please note: the above timelines are based on estimates provided by our delivery partners and any unforeseen situations might cause delays.

Can I open the package before accepting the delivery to check my order?

As per company policy, a package can’t be opened for inspection however, you can always accept the package and get in touch with us later in case you have any concerns.

Why is COD payment mode not available at my location?

COD or ‘Cash on Delivery’ payment mode depends on the courier services that deliver to your location. Some providers have a pre-set limit on the amount you can pay through cash on delivery based on the destination.

My package shows delivered but I have yet not received it, what can I do?

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can’t find it: Check your phone for any notifications about attempted delivery. See if somebody on your behalf may have accepted the delivery, it could be any of your neighbours / friends / owners / security guards may have collected your product on your behalf. In the unlikely event of you still not being able to locate your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will be happy to help. Please note we won’t be able to consider the complaint after 24 hours of delivery especially if it is an OTP verified delivery.

How to place return or exchange request?

Visit the returns/exchange sections on the website to raise the return request for your order, Follow the instructions and select the item(s) you would want to return/exchange. A confirmation email will be shared once your return/exchange request is approved

What happens if I want to return or exchange the product after the return window is closed?

We are sorry but we don’t accept returns after 7 days of delivery date.

What to do if the product delivered is in a damaged condition?

Our aim is to deliver finest quality products to our customers however, in case if you have received a damaged / defective product, kindly notify us within 24 hours of delivery, we greatly appreciate if you can kindly send us an email with all the details of the product along with clear photographs of the product which is either damaged or defective. In case if you fail to intimate us within 24 hours the return will not be processed for any damaged or defective product.

In how many days will the return be picked up?

It generally takes us around 2 – 3 days to initiate the reverse pick up services from your location for returns or exchange however, this may vary depending on unforeseen circumstances. Just in case if the product is not picked up within 2 – 3 days you can reach us via email and update on the same.

Is the return or exchange applicable on all the products?

Yes, its applicable on all the products and it is only applicable if the tags and other details of the product are kept intact.

What is the refund procedure for returned orders?

Once the return request has been raised, our pickup partners will initiate reverse pickup of your order within 2 – 3 working days once the request is approved. As soon as we are notified about a successful return pickup, we initiate the refunds within 3 working days of us receiving the update. Please note that refund cannot be initiated unless the return pickup is complete and we receive an update on the same

Please note it takes 6 working days to initiate the refund to a gift card.
For Prepaid orders:
Refunds are initiated directly to the source account.
For COD orders: Refunds are initiated via a UPI Link, which we share with the customers who opted for the return option. Please enter the correct details in the link to choose the mode of accepting payment. Any bank account details provided by the customer will be considered final. No changes can be made once the link is redeemed.

Can I exchange the purchased product against a higher value product?

Yes, you can surely opt for a higher value product against exchange with existing lesser value product. The difference of amount should be paid while creating the exchange. COD or Cash on Delivery is not applicable for such exchanges.

How will the difference amount get refunded when a lesser value product is opted in exchange?

The difference in amount will be credited in the form of gift card in your account.

How can I cancel an order once placed?

You can cancel your order within 24 – 48 hours or any time before the status shows dispatched, once the order is dispatched you will not be able to cancel the order placed.

Can I change or modify address or orders that are already placed?

You will not be able to change any details or modify the order once it’s been placed. You can surely place another fresh order with the desired changes or modifications.

How will I get a refund for the refused / undelivered prepaid order?

Once the order has been marked as undelivered by our logistics partner, it usually takes us up to 3 – 4 working days to initiate the refund process and the amount will be credited to the source from which the payment was processed.

My payment failed while making a payment however, the amount is deducted from my account, what to do?
